– Dr. Chen was invited by the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and hosted by Dr. Lin Zhang, the Department Chair of the School of Information and Communication Engineering.
– Dr. Chen also gave the talk of “Challenge and Opportunities of Mobile Development”.
